When we last talked boats, "Lund", was in a very complimentary Blog in 2022...we were getting acquainted and told you all about it. It was such a great boat that at the ISE Show in January 2023, it was sold to a new owner by Gone Fishin' Marine!
Mark Blanton calmed us down and told us not to worry...he had another Lund in the wings for us to show off! And, he did! So.....here it is!
SEP'S BOAT is ready to go fishing! The New Lund is 20 ft. 10" long, with a 200hp Mercury motor, 9.9hp Mercury kicker, twin Lowrance locators, MinnKota Ulterra 36-volt auto-pilot trolling motor with twin 36-volt lithium batteries, auto charging system and four electric Scotty downriggers with braided line. It has twin Captain's chairs, plus two seats that fold down at the back...in case you get tired fighting fish! It's a deluxe package with more storage than anyone needs. The knowledgeable team at Gone Fishin' Marine put this trolling machine together and it looks GOOD!
The LUND 2075 "Fisherman" is streamlined to the max...and will soon be seen at local lakes!
We're anxious to get out on the water and Lake Berryessa, close to home, is our best bet for an inaugural ride. As everyone knows, our Winter-into-Spring weather has not been cooperative and rain, wind and road conditions have made it difficult to get going. The collapsed roadway into the lake has been repaired and things looked promising. this week..until this latest blast of winter blew in! We're anxious...but not that ready to get out in the cold. So, we're waiting for the summery conditions to return!
