49th Annual Wildfowl Art Festival

For several years, SEP has been one of the judges in the Fish Carving category and we were there again this year!

It’s a fabulous show of carvings, collections, art, hunting & fishing & crafts & there are so many fine pieces on display. The ducks category gets a lot of interest from the public who watch the careful evaluations of how they float in water, how real they appear, etc. The judges select the best of the best in each of their categories and the winners receive recognition & ribbons.

The show runs on a weekend in July, this year July 20/21 & is held at the Double Tree Hotel in Sacramento. A great banquet, complete with auction & raffles, is held on Saturday evening.
